1. Made-to-Order & Custom Jewelry
All Le'Zeta jewelry is produced on a made-to-order basis.
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Sizing issues (when ring size was provided by the customer)
Preference for a different metal, gemstone, or design after ordering
Aesthetic reasons or “it doesn’t look like I imagined”
Orders are considered final once placed and production has begun.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations requested before production begins may be eligible for a refund (minus any applicable processing or material fees).
Once production has started, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
3. Defective Items or Shipping Damage
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Email us at lezetasupport@metaprivatereserve.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect/damage and the original packaging.
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
For approved claims, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for made-to-order or custom pieces, except in cases of a verified error on our part (for example, we produced the wrong size). These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item for processing.
Custom work that has entered production is non-refundable.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Please carefully review all order details (ring size, metal type, gemstone specifications, etc.) before completing your purchase.
We strongly recommend having your finger professionally measured.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn.
